In 2016, the University of Kansas launched their first integrated marketing campaign on the heels of the development of its first brand positioning statement in its 150-year history.
I had the immense privilege of being part of the core team who created the concept, design, testing, and implementation of the new brand platform, Our Chant Rises. Stemming from one of the most important and honored traditions at KU, the Rock Chalk Chant, the brand platform reflects the ideas of community, tradition/spirit, and excellence.
I did the layout and design of the brand book that served as a springboard for a more comprehensive brand website. The book outlines the brand's spirit, intent, and guidelines.
